Established in 1999, the Marshall Women's Leadership Board (MWLB) is the oldest organization at the University of Southern California dedicated to and led by female undergraduates. As one of USC's premier women's professional development organizations, MWLB provides opportunities for members to network with and seek mentorship from business professionals and USC alumni.
We host educational workshops and panels to enhance our members' professional skills and introduce them to a variety of job positions in different fields – from finance to tech to media. As a social organization, we strive to develop and maintain relationships with ambitious female students from other organizations. Ultimately, we are a network of diverse female leaders from all majors across campus, connected by our passion for business and commitment to support, promote, and empower each other as aspiring businesswomen!
Marshall Women's Leadership Board strives to shape young Trojan women into dynamic, confident, and successful business professionals by providing opportunities for personal and professional development, fostering valuable connections and relationships and motivating our members to achieve growth and success in their respective career interests.
